Christine Valmy products are guaranteed to satisfy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your christinevalmy.com purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to refund your account for the full amount of the purchase.


RETAIL RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES
Thank you for your online purchase today. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the product for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of the order date on the packing slip. To ensure a timely refund, please return the item(s) immediately by simply following the steps below.

  1. All returns must be made within 4 weeks of receipt and be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number written clearly on the outside of the package. Please contact our Sales Department to be issued a return merchandise authorization number.
  2. Make a copy of the completed invoice for your records.
  3. Affix the return label provided with the product on the outside of the return package.
  4. If the label is not available, all returns should be addressed to: 285 Changebridge Road, Pine Brook, NJ 07058 USA.
  5. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via a trackable shipping method or insured Parcel Post.

We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items instructions below.

Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are: Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays in the USA. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Please note: Only products purchased on christinevalmy.com may be returned for refund or exchange.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1- 888 – VALMY - 88.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service.

To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.


PROFESSIONAL RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

Return items sold by christinevalmy.com are only accepted if the item(s) is damaged or an incorrectly shipped order. If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to you for use toward future qualifying purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies.

  1. Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by christinevalmy.com.
  2. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
  3. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Please note: We only accept the return of products originally purchased on christinevalmy.com or through a Christine Valmy Customer Service Representative. If you would like to return a product purchased from another location, please contact the seller directly regarding your return.
